Patient Innovation Bootcamp

Deadline

2021-03-16

Description

Who better than patients and their caregivers to have that crucial insight which leads to true product innovation? This Bootcamp supports the development and launch of innovative solutions created by people directly affected by health conditions. The aim is to help you move your ideas from solutions to prototypes through to market-ready innovations.

Basic Info

Offering a unique combination of mentoring and onsite and online training, this bootcamp will help you validate your solution and market fit, and learn about relevant medical, regulatory, and technological issues from our deeply respected partners. You’ll get valuable business insights from our partners and from strong peer-to-peer exchange.

The Patient Innovation Bootcamp consists of three-weeks of mentoring and training on-site in Lisbon, Barcelona and Copenhagen, over an eight-month period. Participants also receive e-learning materials to help them develop and launch their device, diagnostic or digital health solution.

Who should apply

Teams of three people, including a patient or caregiver with an innovative solution for a personal health condition. Solutions can involve diagnostics, wearable devices, telehealth, telemedicine, big data, apps, electronic health records, health information technology, personalised medicine, etc. Do not apply if your solution is drug related.

Projects (incorporated or not) looking for support to validate your technology and/or business model and disseminate it.
